ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

•  The Training & Placement Cell of Christ College is to provide students with various career advancement avenues and to train the students with all the required skills that would enable them to excel in the corporate world.
• Training and Placement Cell of the Institute centrally handles campus placements of the graduating students of the college. The Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process. The College is well equipped with ample infrastructure in terms of halls for Presentations, Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, and labs for Online Test, Rooms for Mock Interviews etc.

OBJECTIVES:

• To develop the students to meet the corporate expectation and place them in reputed companies based on the expected job profiles of each student.
• To create awareness among students regarding available career options and help them in identifying their career objectives.
•  To Guide the students in developing skills and job-search strategies required to achieve their career objectives.

•  Updating the students about the current market trends periodically to prepare for the industry expectations.
• To Act as a bridge between students, corporates & Alumni

 The placement cell in Christ College is effective in training and placing the students who hail from rural background and remote locations. The students are trained to excel in communication and presentations skills with various parameters to reach the level of fast growing competitive corporate world. They are also trained in oral and business communication, interviews, and group discussion techniques and to compile professional resumes.
